"Our room was on the 4th floor and was a reasonable size, but the carpet could do with a good clean. Plenty of power sockets around the room to charge phones etc,, which was handy. Slightly noisy from the traffic below but did not stop us from sleeping. The bathroom was a good size but the shower head needed some attention but overall the water pressure and temperature was good. The daily buffet was excellent with plenty to choose from and was kept well stocked at all times with a different variety each day for the hot selection (really set you up for the day sight seeing) The staff behind reception were very helpful at all times, and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day prior to leaving for our flight home. Very close to Alexanderplatz square for all transport to and from airport and shops Overall a very good hotel would stay here again"

"Good location, close to Alexander Platz and public transport for easy access to historical buildings and sights etc. The breakfast was good, interestingly the cold meat selection was all turkey based rather than pork which for Germany I found unusual. Some of the negatives were: the outside seating space was limited and used by smokers. I found the bath towels small and thin. We were offered room service only after 3 nights. Air conditioning in the room was limited. The room was small. There is no kettle, tea or coffee provision in the room. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. An ok stay."

"The room was exceptionally clean, and the maid assisted us when we need needed towels. The front desk was also valuable In giving us information When we requested items such as an iron and an ironing board, it was sent right up. I recommend this hotel for anyone that loves comfortable rooms at a reasonable price"

"Desk staff doubling up as bar staff meant hard to get served a drink. Booked with breakfast but staff did direct us to breakfast location. / ended up going out for brekkie each day ."

"The four bed room was great fora family of 4, single beds were good for the 3 nights we were there, any longer and the beds might fell a bit hard Lack of aircon was not an issue with the large windows that could be opened up and the very high ceiling rooms. Shower was a bit disappointing for power and it kept aiming for the shower curtain. Breakfast was lovely and just what was needed before heading into town. tram stops near by along with plenty of restaurants and Lidl was great."
