"I understand that the hotel has only been open again for a week, but don’t open if you aren’t prepared. My room was supposedly serviced only once in 6 nights and they rehung the dirty towels. They didn’t make the bed. I had to take out my own trash. When I went to the office to get a set of towels-1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth-I was asked where my dirty ones were.
