"Our second stay at this property, while attending events with our IU student. Location provides close access to Bloomington area, while also enjoying the private, more secluded space with a perfect upper deck to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine! Apartment has everything we needed, property is clean & communication from our host, Bill, was excellent. You do have to enter through a standard garage, but don't let that worry you! Apartment is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the many activities in Bloomington!"

"We stayed for an IU football game weekend. The location worked well for spending time on campus and at the stadium. The house was very comfortable and went beyond our needs. The only somewhat irritating thing had nothing to do with the host … but, we won’t miss the barking dog or the screeching child next door."

"The duplex is very nicely furnished....makes you feel at home. This location is close to shopping and dining. I-69 is just a few minutes away so you can go anywhere in Bloomington and Indianapolis easily. There is a small deck and backyard which is enjoyable and good for our pet.
