I did not see on Expedia there was a 15.00 fee to park. I had to pay at check in. I left at 7:30am. The parking lot had 4-5 inches of snow. Not cleared off. Front desk said they didn’t know when it would be plowed. It was a city thing. I’m 68. There was no offer for help to car with my luggage. The parking lot is behind the hotel. Seems like a big liability. I will not stay here again.

The room was clean, but spots on the bathroom floor, which might have been stained tile. The staff was okay but not friendly, at least the two gentlemen I dealt with. A young lady helping others was much more personable. A bit annoyed that even as a Bonvoy rewards member, they wanted to charge for breakfast. I asked for a later checkout time to shower after the bike ride I was in town for (2,000+ cyclists and families) and was only offered an extra 1/2 hour. The worst issue was the street noise. We were on the College Avenue side of the hotel, and it was incessant road noise. Loud trucks, sirens, and a lot of people hotrodding by.

I’m going to be honest, the hotel was great! The staff and the room were great. It was the area around the hotel. All night long, noisy traffic, cars racing down the road, and not to mention, the emergency vehicles allll night long. My husband and I were woken up each night we stayed at least 4 times due to sirens. We walked to an antique store that is down the road, turned a corner, and there were homeless people, sitting in the alley. I know that’s not the hotels fault, but we felt unsafe due to the homeless on every corner near this hotel, I’m not saying that they were dangerous, but you never know with today’s society.
