"We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada"

"This is our second stay..and not our last! The room is welcoming,clean and has everything you could need (and more) for a self catering holiday. Beds and sofa bed are comfy,balcony is fantastic- gets the sun all day and is such a great size. Yes, Castle Harbour is up a few hills and yes they can be hard work to climb if youve been out walking all day but having stayed in Tenerife for the last 20 years you get used to it. We had little legs with us,so we used to walk down in the morning and then if we felt we needed to we got a taxi up from the front (approx 3/4). There is a little shop in reception for snacks,and 2 large shops about a min walk (one on the front and one from the back) ,also the pasarella shopping centre is less than a 5 min walk downhill (There is a pull trolley on wheels in the room which is so handy for the heavy bags). The pool is gret,plenty of sunbeds for everyone to purchase,lovely and clean. El Paso is a great place to eat and you can get take away chicken and pizzas. We love our stays! Thankyou"

"Our stay at Stone Villa was lovely. The owner of the property greeted us when we arrived and was a very good host. He gave us a list of restaurants and places to visit which was very helpful, as it was our first time visiting Tenerife.The villa worked really well for our family. We loved the pool and made occasional use of the community pool as well. The outdoor table was lovely and all the outdoor seating was well used. The air conditioning in each room made the stay very comfortable even in 36 degree heat.The villa had a garage facility which was very helpful as not only was it shaded but also the road outside was busy with parked cars. The villa was well placed for trips into the town areas or into the mountains."
