"The service is absolutely wonderful and so is the hotel, well located. But we each have three devices so that means we need six outlets and it was hit and miss in the room because all the plugs are everywhere. I think they should be more located in one place…..that was frustrating. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has had a complete renovation since we stayed six years ago, The room we stayed in was roomy with a large bathroom. It’s close to the beach which is very handy and they provide a shuttle service to town that we used each night. Loved the fire pit, cookies delivered at our door in the afternoon, the beautiful grounds, Nespresso machine in the room. We will definitely be back! "

"Easy access off of street. Cozy in the woods. Room was spotless! Bathroom was beautiful and totally clean. Appreciated having a hair dryer!!! (so I didn't have to bring mine!) Shampoo and conditioner were there, I would bring my own next time....just a preference! Loved the giant picture window right by a giant redwood!!"

"To be fair I did look back at my four page email confirmation and did see I was informed there was no wi fi. Did not see that. We did not come to Big Sur to surf internet but no access to outside phone calls, weather and maps presented difficult planning logistics. "

"My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at Post Ranch Inn and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff goes above and beyond from the moment you arrive until you leave. The grounds are immaculately kept and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy while staying at the inn. The restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. I really cannot say enough about the service. We just hope that we can make or back again in the future."
