Rooms are spacious, with antique and modern charm combined. We normally stay at 5-star hotels with lots of amenities and services - this is not that! More of a 5-star B&B, which was perfect for what we wanted in Leiden. Be warned that the upper floor rooms require climbing very steep and narrow stairs, which would not be good for people with any physical issues. "
