"Although the location was a bit out of our way, this cute petite hotel was awesome! The room was quiet and the view out of the window in the morning was spectacular. We also enjoyed a freshly-made breakfast on the premises!"

"This facility was adorable! Although the room was small, they included little things that were really helpful : an electric kettle, good pottery dishes and mugs for coffee or tea, great towels, the shower was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. There was an outside light that was motion-sensitive so if we came in after dark, the light automatically came on, making it easy to use the key to open the door. Overall, this was one of the best places we could have chosen in Lunenburg to stay....highly recommend it!"

"Good basic accommodations for the price. Breakfast was decent and convenient because there aren't many places to eat near the hotel. Good location if you're headed to Mahone Bay, Lunenburg and LaHave area. Be sure to see BernArt, if you can."

"Everything was great. The place was clean when we arrived and the hot tub was perfect. The view of the lake from the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again. The instructions that were given about check in and check out were very clear. Glad the owner also explained directions as my gps did not send me the right way. Thank you for a lovely experience."

"Gordon is a super host. The property is lovely. What anyone renting should know is there are steep stairs to a loft where the main bed is. If you prefer not to climb, there is a sofa bed. For us, climbing up and down the stairs was a little nerve racking but the total experience was lovely."
