"The lake house is a beautiful spot and just perfect for a family of 6. Warm and cozy when we arrived and the view of the lake was just lovely. So relaxing! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the wood fireplace as it got a bit chilly outside. Great selection of kitchen items especially the coffee maker! The living room was very comfortable with all the bench seating and we definitely will be returning to this amazing place! "

"John’s place was exactly what we were looking for this weekend! It was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need! It was so magical being out in the beautiful trees with multicolour leaves, with cute little lights while I was listening to The life of a showgirl (through my headphones) so magical! Thank you so much! Our Golden Retriever Hank loved the space and the yard so much! "

"The cottage was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and serene, and the lake is beautiful. However, access to the water wasn’t easy for some of our group, as it requires going down a steep hill and over slippery rocks. The indoor stairs to the bedroom are also quite steep, which made access difficult for one of our guests. Emma kindly left us local fruit, which was a thoughtful touch, and she was responsive to our questions. That said, as a frequent user of short-term rentals, I found the number of restrictive house rules concerning. In addition, being told that we were being watched by the house manager cast a cautionary tone over our stay. Overall, this is a lovely spot, but guests should be aware of mobility challenges and the more structured approach to house rules."

Beautiful lake views from large deck livingroom and dining room.Kitchen has everything we needed to cook and serve 8 of us.We loved being on the lake in kayaks, canoe, and paddle board.
