"We enjoyed our four-day stay. The room was clean but the carpet in the room didn’t look so fresh. The blinds were damaged and broken in our room, and the sink was a little clogged, but they immediately responded to our complaints and offered us another room and fixed the sink within a few hours.
The pool, casino and restaurants were all enjoyed. Really love the pool area and that it stayed open in late October.
There is only one restaurant that stays open until 4:00am without many options, another one would’ve been great.
I got in line to check out because I wanted paper receipts. The lady that checked me out, was not very pleasant at all, and almost made me change my mind about ever staying there again. Customer service, treating each person with respect and kindness,(doing your job) is always best. Despite of this one rude employee, the other staff was great."
