"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. "Cozy hotel in safe location close to downtown yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle, and a short walk to the zoo, botanical garden, and Queen's Park. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant with superb menu, and its 8th-floor location has a wonderful panoramic view of the city, sea, and surrounding hills. Standard rooms are small but very clean and pleasantly decorated. I imagine the suites and balcony rooms are lovely. Be sure to reserve an upper-floor room to enjoy the view."
