The room was not cleaned properly I had seen duty and female hair from the previous guest full of female hair in carpet. And the ac was not working correctly. Temperature was not right and all the curtains was locked. How ever the food last night was good. And the guy from the reception was too rude and the girl just came to my room. When I was in washroom. Having all these issues still they charged additional for staying 30 minutes extra in room.

The facility can do with some refurbishing. The rusted bathroom fixtures and faded paint which makes me wonder if it's mould or stains on the ceiling doesn't make the price justified at this time.

The restaurant and bar was very good, lots of options and the quality of the food is great. The continental breakfast is also very good. I expected much more from the King Suite that I booked. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were terribly soft and needed to be replaced, the linens were stained, and it was very loud. There is a door in the secondary room that is locked but isn't flush to the frame, it defeated the AC by letting all the air escape. There was a lot of noise from the music playing, the cleaning staff in the morning, and the traffic/activity coming from the street at all times. The parking was hit and miss, if you didn't get back to the hotel early then you may have been left to park on an adjacent street. The internet stopped working the third day I was there. The employee that checked me in was very nice but the rest of the front desk staff just stared in the most unwelcoming way. I would not stay here again. The rate that I paid was well above what it should have been and I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is a nice atmosphere, however I found the staff at the front desk and in general to be a bit cordial rather than warm and welcoming . The room was mostly fine except for the smell of chlorine when I ran the shower and slightly murky /chlorinated looking water in the toilet . I’d stay again if I had to though ..

Tv didn’t work no microwave in room no cable tv electrical outlets and lights didn’t work tablets were scratched up and old bathroom fixtures very old the bed was very good I paid for a deluxe room but I got a motel type room needs to upgrade the rooms I had to go all the way to the bar to use a microwave it sucks it a modern world I stayed there two years ago.
