"Great hotel in a pretty German Baltic Sea resort.Large number of restaurants nearby for dinner( hotel is a breakfast only) Very friendly staff Lovely train trip also available "

"Trevligt och familjärt hotell med centralt och bra läge. Bonus med inkluderat kurkort med tillgång till viss kollektivtrafik. Bra med parkeringsplatser. "

"We were surprised several times of the services through our stay. Right from the arrival, we felt very welcome and this feeling continued through the whole stay. "

"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Personal war freundlich. Doch das Hotel bräuchte dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Wir waren in einem warscheinlich ehemaligen Raucherzimmer untergebracht. Der Gestank war wirklich gar nicht schön. Kein Parkplatz vor Ort. "
