"This property is small but with lots to offer. We had the breakfast buffet included, next time I would include for the all inclusive. The prices were very reasonable but took some time adding the bill to our room. The free water shuttles to the beach were fast and constant. The beach was crazy long with lots of room to have yours privacy. We had a great time and will come back again."

"It was absolutely the quietest room and most comfy beds ever. Usually you hear doors closing people talking, etc. The whole vibe, which is my absolute favourite is Zen. You won’t be disappointed. Breakfast buffet had everything for everyone."

"Initially we had a problem with the room we were given, but were able to change rooms. The second room was clean, albeit it had no view or day light and it was small. The carpeting outside our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. It had dog poo stains and a larger stain that may have been coffee. The location is in a shopping mall so it was very convenient to get snacks. The room had a refrigerator, but no microwave or freezer compartment. The area is walkable. The parking is under ground...

"Great location, bang in the middle of QDL. We stayed in a newly refurbed two bed villa. Great facilities on site, Noa cafe for breakfast, Il Vero italian for dinner, supermarket on site. Walking distance to Koko, bit of a longer walk (40 mins) to Quinta Shopping, Cheeky Pup, Thai Bistro, the beach. Lovely welcome from professipnal staff. We'll be back."

"Absolutely lovely hotel, I found all of the staff to be very pleasant, friendly, attentive and helpful. The accommodation cannot be faulted, very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The public facilities were clean despite being high use areas. The pool area is very pleasant and relaxing as were the bars on both levels of the hotel. "This is a masive resort with two golf courses that look very challenging. The restaurants were great, The Well was our favorite place to eat. The shuttle service is a must and very efficient. They included the Well pool and amenities which are great. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back for sure."

"The hotel is just minutes (by free shuttle service) to the old town center of Tavira which is lovely. Hotel is clean, quiet and has a first class breakfast. Large rooms.We enjoyed a couple of dinners too which were well prepared. The pool is large and well maintained. Plenty of chaises. Best of all was the staff. Friendly, always helpful and attentive. Great choice with small children ( not us) or a romantic vacation"

"We stayed for a week in June 2024. Upgraded on arrival from a double room to a suite. Patio door and 3 large windows opened 2 ways, air circulation and light were great, with blackout curtains as well. Newly renovated, sound-proofed, beautiful property, within easy walking distance of everything. Staff was helpful and accommodating, and available until late in the evening. The amenities mention an elevator…we saw no evidence of it. And the room could use another mirror besides the one in the bathroom - mentioned it to management on arrival. The patio had only 1 chair but they gave us another when we asked. Would absolutely stay here again!!"
