Apartments in Mockingbird Station

"Our original booking with Avi was removed due to damage from the last renters. Avi provided a replacement rental near the original location. This apartment was in a rundown undesirable location and was unacceptable. We were greeted by rapid fire gunshots in the distance. Unit was not clean, bedding was stained, spider nest in living room corner, filthy oven, animal chewed holes in deck walls, but worst of all was the toxic odor that resulted in extreme headaches within 5 minutes of being inside,...

"Very good location and nice , ample amenities… the shower was a little dirty but other than that very nice!"

"If you're looking for a place to stay, this is one. It's not bad, but it's not particularly good, either. It's completely functional, but quite spartan. Think of it as the Motel 6 of VRBO properties. /Maybe/ La Quinta level. It's nice that it's close to parks, and not far from the Dallas arboretum.The description says it has an iron. We couldn't find one."

"Perfect size for two people and a small dog!! One of the bathroom faucet handles was broken, and there weren't any extra blankets (just a bedsheet). Overall, though, it was a cozy stay for a few nights! "

"Great place and amazing location ! We had a little bit of trouble with the sofa sleeper but we were able to find a blow up mattress which worked great! Definitely would stay again for the location."
