"The room was not clean, I believe it was not fully completed from renovations. The bathroom door did not close properly. The breakfast was fine, but hot food was not great. We left a day early, and even though we gave more than 40 hours notice, there was no refund or compensation. I was disappointed by the new $ cheap style of renos, not considering the historical setting or even the buildings."

"Since we stayed in the 2nd unit coffee maker in the room would be nice instead of having to go to the main lobby for coffee. Cold have grab handle in the shower. "

Things smeared on pictures, Lamp shades are ripped, Towels and bedding are like sandpaper. It's sad when the first thing you do is pull back the bedding to look for bed bugs. I will never stay there again and will not be recommending this hotel anymore."
