"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. I met her in the grounds as I was checking out and her dog was growling at me.My room was adequate and nicely carpeted with...

"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"This BnB is easy to find and the couple are very welcoming. Nice quality of breakfast food, cooked fresh to order. No shampoo and body wash provided as it's a budget price, but it still represents excellent value. Very comfy bed, fluffy white towels and plenty hot water / good shower pressure. "This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."
