"The location close to Charles Bridge and within walking distance of many Prague Old Town attractions was ideal. The staff were especially helpful. My luggage was delayed. Speaking excellent English, they helped me notify the airline, arranged for delivery to the hotel, provided a much-appreciated bag of "rescue toiletries", and soothed my frayed nerves. A full hot breakfast buffet was included. It was delicious!"
