If we are in Prague, we’re staying at this hotel - convenient, quiet, clean, friendly staff, very close to Stromovka park. Breakfast is nice - our son was so happy about making his own pancake! The restaurant with Spanish dishes for dinner is very nice and food was very tasty - even having small kids menu and also a kids corner outside, a big plus for us with the little one. We’re looking forward to our next stay here! :-)

Staff was very personable was rather disappointed though that I had to be charged for toothpaste and a toothbrush something that I know is provided by any regular hotel or place of lodging. Was also charged for a bottle of water? The bathtub was not cleaned after I showered they just replaced the towels. Room was spacious and nice. Otherwise I would definitely consider stating here again if ever I was in the area.

This is a beautiful, old style hotel with huge rooms, great staff, real comfort. It’s easy to get to the sites, but a tough uphill slog to get back: their restaurant was closed, but breakfast was excellent. Great stay

Great service, comfort and good value

We stayed here 4 years ago and appreciated the size of the room, the mini frig, great shower, service, and room/bathroom lighting. There was no AC and like all hotels, the room was a little warm. Really good breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant is still closed but we were able to get ice every night. Beds are a little firm.

The hotel is in accessible because it was road construction surrounding the hotel. Parking was not available as stated. Only street parking if you could find. Arriving in the rain there was no easy access to the hotel and to drag luggage. Great first impression. The room was ok except for the presence of cigarette smoke. I complained but they say it’s fine. It wasn’t. I have allergies and I couldn’t sleep in this cigarette reeked facility. Our instinct was to leave at the beginning of of stay but we prepaid. Breakfast included was barely passible. Runny scrambled cold eggs is not my thing. Only the coffee was good. I would not recommend this hotel unless you like getting to your room via an outside corridor like a motel in Florida. When it’s raining you are wet getting to your room.

I stayed there with my Mom and ny daughter. Staff and customer service was great. Everybody, esp the front desk, were polite and helpful! We took Bolt everywhere since we did not want to walk to the train station. The rides where only 10-15 mins always. So I guess it is really close to everything. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good every morning. I definitely recommend it.

Our room was clean and spacious. Comfy bed and.nice, clean bathroom and shower. We loved the fresh water every day. The staff are all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! A great selection! This was the best hotel experience that we have had in a long time.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreken goed Engels. de keuze voor het diner was ruim voldoende om te kiezen. Ook het ontbijt was goed en voldoende keuze, werd meteen aangevuld als het bijna op was. Het enige nadeel vond ik de parkeergelegenheid voor de auto. Er zijn geen parkeergelegenheden bij het hotel zelf en bent aangewezen op diverse locaties rondom het hotel op de openbare weg. De parkeerplaatsen staan regelmatig vol zodat je steeds moet zoeken voor een plaats en daar moet je dan ook nog voor betalen. Lastig als je wat verder weg staat geparkeerd en dat er een flinke regenbui naar beneden komt dan kom je dus kleddernat in het hotel aan en heb je alleen de auto nog maar geparkeerd.

En pärla!

En pärla i ett lugnt område ca 30 minuters promenad från Karlsbron. Restaurangen på hotellet var mycket bra. Välkomnande och omtänksam personal. Rummen var stora och bekväma. Parkering finns på närliggande gator. Vi kommer definitivt att bo här igen!

Enastående!

Härligt bemötande som var väldigt mån om att hjälpa till. Relativt smidigt att parkera i närområdet, betalningen av platsen kan göras via hotellet (mot en avgift). 10 minuters gångväg till spårvagn som sedan tar ca 10 minuter till Gamla stan. Detta var ett bra sätt att ta sig fram och tillbaka till hotellet. Bra frukost och en väldigt mysig innergård att sitta på. Rummet vi hade var väldigt stort och hade väldigt bra sängar och täcken. AC fanns på rummet.

I stayed in the Garden suite. I loved the ease of access of having my own entry. The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. I also loved the breakfast options. The food was great and the setting was lovely. I enjoyed the closeness to the park to run in the mornings. I would stay again next time I'm in Prague.
