"Amazing hotel with amazing friendly staff! Everyone was so kind, helpful. The hotel is in perfect location between Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo!"
"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."
"This property was one of the best we have stayed anywhere. Very quaint quiet all the amenities you could ask for even a free bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations "
"Loved the layout of the rooms for 4 grown adults in Japan. Shower / bathroom was very nice for the price. Area has plenty of great places to eat with locals and transportation via train easily accessible. I would 100% come back for my next trip to Japan! "

"Amazing! As a single female I had a lovely stay. I used the onsen daily after walking. It was close to great shopping, trains and places to eat. Perfect room for me! "
"This hotel was perfect for our 5 nights in Tokyo. The location was ideal, right next to metro station and also a short walk into the centre of Shinjuku for shopping and food.
The room was really nice and a good size, but there was only a few hangers to store clothes and no wardrobe so we couldn’t really unpack and the room started to feel quite messy.
We were disappointed at the lack of housekeeping. You could put a magnet on the door for them to change the bins and swap the towels but they didn’t change our sheets or clean the room for the whole 5 nights. We probably could have requested this at reception but we kept forgetting, so I didn’t think it justified knocking a star off the rating as overall we had a fantastic stay."
