It was close to the center of the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful (I bought a peach pineapple and borrowed utensils from the kitchen.). I definitely would stay here again.

The location is very good, many nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very delicious. The room is spacious too. Just the pillow is too soft and no extra one can be arranged, air con isn’t cool enough and hotel assigned parking spaces are always full.

Never reply email to customer if you send requests email to the hotel before check in. Need more training to staff. Communication skill is bad as a result customers have to bare all responsibility!

We booked this room after deciding at the last minute to extend our holiday, and because the hotel we had been staying at until that point was asking for a high price for a one night extension. Despite our last minute booking, the hotel was reasonably priced. There was room to park our car, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the room’s bed was smaller than we had expected, but it was cozy and clean. Very conveniently located, we didn’t have to use our car to get dinner. There were several excellent izakaya restaurants just a few steps from the hotel. The kitchen was slightly inconvenient. We had brought food from our previous apartment type hotel, expecting to cook the remains during our stay, only to find that we had only been given some plates and cups. No chopsticks, cooking utensils, pots or pans. After reading the welcome manual we found you can borrow the above by asking at the front desk, but you could only do so until a certain time at night. We were too late to notice.

Everything is outstanding including the Japanese full breakfast. Best of all its much cheaper than others i could find. The property manager Yuri is also extremely friendly to help what you need. Highly recommend.
