"Jose was very helpful at the front desk. He loaned us a styrofoam cooler for our ice and cervezas. He also got us a taxi each time we requested one."

When staff are waiting in this area to clean a room and they talking loudly it can be heard in the adjacent rooms which kind of annoying if you still in bed."
