"This Cottage was a perfect place for us to stay to meet up with relatives at Potts Point and to explore the area. Check it was easy, cottage is lovely and comfortable. Had everything we needed and some. Enjoyed sitting in chairs watching the birds in the cove. Highly recommend. Owners next door were very discreet."

"The property has a lovely setting on Ash Cove with nice water views and sunsets across the water. The cottage was exactly what we wanted, somewhat rustic, but very comfortable.Check in was fine with complete details about the cottage, functioning of the lights, fans, appliances, etc. The kitchen was supplied with an array of cooking utensils, plates, bowels, serving dishes all very serviceable, that complemented our needs for cooking in the cottage or preparing lunches for outings.There was really nothing that we needed that wasn't available."

"This house is amazing! Newly renovated in 2025, the kitchen and living areas were beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed (including a pot big enough to cook our own lobsters), the bathroom and laundry areas were perfect, and there is an upstairs balcony and a lower covered porch with plenty of seating to allow for great sunrise views over the bay. There was a grill and fire pit as well. We had ten people total in our two families and could not have asked for a better house for our trip to Maine. Would easily stay there again. And the communication and check-in / check-out process was a breeze. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful oceanside property in Harpswell, Maine. The setup—with a main house, attached apartment, and a charming bunkhouse—was perfect for our two families and adult children. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.The backyard is absolutely stunning, filled with beautiful flowers and lush grass, and it opens up to a tranquil ocean inlet. We especially loved the hammock spot, perfect for a good book or an afternoon nap, and the back porch quickly became our favorite place for evening cocktails under the stars.The crisp, clean Maine air and quiet surroundings made it the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s also conveniently located—close to the Dolphin Restaurant (highly recommend), and just a short drive to Freeport, LL Bean, and local oystering and lobstering tours.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed.This home is perfect for family gatherings or anyone looking to recharge in a peaceful, beautiful setting. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
