"The property has a lovely setting on Ash Cove with nice water views and sunsets across the water. The cottage was exactly what we wanted, somewhat rustic, but very comfortable.Check in was fine with complete details about the cottage, functioning of the lights, fans, appliances, etc. The kitchen was supplied with an array of cooking utensils, plates, bowels, serving dishes all very serviceable, that complemented our needs for cooking in the cottage or preparing lunches for outings.There was really nothing that we needed that wasn't available."

"This property sets a high standard with many fine details & workmanship that enhanced our comfort during our stay. We took a couple of lovely walks from the property without having to get in the car. Would be nice suggestions: some basic kitchen condiments, hair dryer, screens, & a grab bar for the bathtub. We would definitely recommend & come back. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful oceanside property in Harpswell, Maine. The setup—with a main house, attached apartment, and a charming bunkhouse—was perfect for our two families and adult children. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.The backyard is absolutely stunning, filled with beautiful flowers and lush grass, and it opens up to a tranquil ocean inlet. We especially loved the hammock spot, perfect for a good book or an afternoon nap, and the back porch quickly became our favorite place for evening cocktails under the stars.The crisp, clean Maine air and quiet surroundings made it the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s also conveniently located—close to the Dolphin Restaurant (highly recommend), and just a short drive to Freeport, LL Bean, and local oystering and lobstering tours.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed.This home is perfect for family gatherings or anyone looking to recharge in a peaceful, beautiful setting. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"surprisingly well stocked. Really liked the privacy! More lighting would be nice. Would replace the island with a standard table for card & board games and for eating-found the stools too high and uncomfortable- a shorter queen mattress would be nice the deck & chairs need a good cleaning(mold). With the nit-picking done we had a great time"
