"Only traveling through for one night so the location just off the highway and yet in quiet, lovely setting was perfect. We enjoyed being able to take lovely walks in the evening and the next morning and even got in a bit of shopping. Dinner options were plentiful and close. My one suggestion, for those traveling, is to start breakfast service a bit earlier than 8:00 AM."

"My aunt and I stayed for a week and we really enjoyed this beautiful venue! Very clean and well-appointed place ( expertly planned, cohesive decor). Lovely view of Stover’s Point Cove. Very friendly neighborhood that is close to so many attractions in the area. The hosts were VERY respectful of our privacy during our stay as well as available by phone to answer any questions. Loved it!"

"surprisingly well stocked. Really liked the privacy! More lighting would be nice. Would replace the island with a standard table for card & board games and for eating-found the stools too high and uncomfortable- a shorter queen mattress would be nice the deck & chairs need a good cleaning(mold). With the nit-picking done we had a great time"

"Overall this location is a great spot for those that dont need many amenities. There is no tv and no ac but the view and the breeze from the water make up for that! The space was clean and there was a grill plus Cooks Lobster house was a quick walk down the street! "

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything we needed, and the yard is spacious and beautiful. Our host, Sheri Blackstone, went out of her way to accommodate us and to make sure that we enjoyed our visit. We could not have had a better time and look forward to returning.
