"Great place for a large family or a large group. The owners came out and met with us at check-in. Every space was used, especially the basement area with the big screen and pool table. Highly recommended."

"We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and views are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This time, the floor was not very clean, I swept and mopped it myself the first night we arrived because it felt grimy and our feet were getting dirty. There were live wasps in our room. The patio screens were filthy. I cleaned them with a broom. There were live wasps in the screened patio too. The curtain rod for the patio door was falling out of the ceiling and needed fixed. The people that came for the weekend halfway through our trip brought two dogs that barked all night and day the first 24 hours they arrived. Several people called the front desk, including us. It did help some, I think they separated the dogs as the barking reduced. The grounds and landscaping around the pool look rundown. It looks like they need some TLC. We will probably try a different location next time."

"We had a wonderful stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Great location, beautiful view coming down hills, the house was clean, tv’s in each room were appreciated, plenty of space for people to spread out and love the big table to eat and play games!! We loved it! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"I really hated not to give 5 stars for everything !!! Everything was clean but one sock was left behind the bedroom door . Not a biggy . We was a group of 11 ladies it was an awesome house would definitely stay again !! The full size bed in the bedroom upstairs ( facing the road ) the mattress needs an upgrade lol everyone else said their beds was sooo comfy !! The house was spacious we was 11 and nobody felt cramped!! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit ( without the fire ) lol the hot tub was sparkling clean we didn’t use it but it was very clean !! I would definitely recommend this house !!! It wasn’t to far from Branson we even to a ride to Seymour to see the Amish !! I really can’t say one thing that would make me not want to go back !! We are the Geriatric Express from Louisiana and we had a great time !!!! Coffee pot , kerig and an express machine !! Nice , nice , nice !!! Y’all will not be disappointed!!! Stick a kid in the full bed up stairs it will be fine !!! lol thank y’all so much !!"
