"Staff at breakfast and during check in:check out was great! Sufficient parking at location. On day 2 of our 3 day stay, came back at end if day to find door left open by cleaning staff, who had arrived when we left at 10:30am. Asked for a manager to call and never received a call. Went down stairs on several occasions to speak to a manager, who was never there or available. In addition, coffee not replaced each day and towels were not replaced on final day. Would recommend customers to look at other options in the area, especially a place that focuses on customer care."
