"Loved this house. The management company was warm and helpful with using the nearby resort and arranging for a chef to come in and cook for us. The house was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything you could ask for. It's out about 30 minutes from town, but if you want a quiet beach and a comfortable stay, this is the place to go."

"Wonderful stay, one of the best properties we have stayed at (we've stayed at 30 places in and around Puerto Penasco). Loved the modern look and amenities. Only concern was the checkin as we were not provided with the correct checkin code which caused some delay and frustration. We checked in on a holiday, so no one was available at the office. We also had no service, so had to go to a local resort, use their Wifi to contact the host, who then gave the correct code. Beyond this, we really enjoyed the home."

"This house is incredible! We travel to Rocky Point every year as a multi-family group, and we all agreed this is our favorite home so far. It is so well-appointed, absolutely beautiful, the perfect size for our multi-generational group of 12, and so comfortable. This home has the true wow factor!!!!"

"We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). We ended up buying groceries at walmart and grilling by the pools. Which i found out the offer to pick up groceries for you as well! Check-in was pretty easy. Hotels.com phone number provided was out of service so i sent a message and they immediately called me to provide more information on how to get there and what to expect. The Condo itself was super spacious we had 3 master bedrooms, 2 of which had access to the balcony. The a/c worked great and there was plenty of towels for everyone (6 of us) the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need as well as appliances. The jet hottub in one of the master bathrooms did not work so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we would definitely stay again. "
