"Pros. Great air conditioning, 24 hour lot security, clean room. Beds work. Cons: thin walls and passthrough doors. Can hear everything neighbor is doing or saying. In a remodel so some construction but it's no biggie. "
"From the time we arrived everyone was gracious and helpful! The shower was beyond great! Breakfast served fron 7-10. You order and it is cooked and presented on the most beautiful plate with fresh fruits. The young chef is extremely talented! This is not a fancy hotel but my goodness it is clean and well run! All newly renovated a few years ago. Highly recommend!"

"The property was kept up nicely, was cute and comfortable. It has a beautiful ocean view and nice places to sit to take in the view. It was a full moon and so beautiful at night in the pool. The ocean was a bit rough at Playa Mirador the beginning of our trip so I was happy there was a pool. We drove a couple of blocks over by Manny's and there was easy beach access. There were some vendors occasionally on the beach where we got tamales, drinks, fruita bowls and booked massages. The resort area was not at all crowded and was like we had the place to ourselves. Was a nice relaxing weekend and the perfect time to go."
"The place was well maintained for its age. Staff was friendly and house keeping did a good job. The surprising thing was the restaurant bar was an American Legion Post 15. Service was exceptional but they only take cash no credit cards. Dollars or pesos accepted. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time in Puerto Penasco at David and Maria's. The propert was beautiful, had amazing rooftop views, short walk to the beach, extremely safe, clean and perfectly setup for our large group. Everything about our stay was easy and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rocky Point!"
