-Dedicated workspace & high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 250+ Mbps) — ideal for remote work
-In-unit washer & dryer for added convenience
-With a private entrance and your own deck/patio area, Unit 1 makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the natural setting.

-Access to Hill Lake (33 acres) – known for fantastic fishing
-Shared dock, fire pit, and 6 kayaks (5 adult + 1 kids kayak)

Please note:
-Dock, fire-pit, and kayaks are shared with Unit 2, which is also available to rent if you're traveling with a group. Contact us for availability and booking links.
-We have a smart TV in the unit however, we DO not provide any apps or cable. You are welcome to lot into your own when you arrive. Please remember to log out before you leave.

Additional fees & requirements:

-Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and the booker must upload their valid ID. We also do require a $500 security deposit hold.
-We do offer early check-in and late check-out if available. The fee is $30 for each of those.
