I booked a 1 king bed and was given a 2 queen bed room and then they charged me for breakfast and 50 dollars for parking and I paid way more than I should’ve for not even getting what I booked

Not horrible, wouldn’t book again. Pool area was small, bar and dining area small & not really what I was looking for. Parking at this location is not worth the valet price. They just don’t have enough space based on size of property. Not a bad experience, just not somewhere I’d book again.

Parking is $35 per night plus tax and breakfast is $20 per person! Not correct on Expedia’s site! Very close to Minneapolis convention center! Tip to save money, park with city meters on street in front of hotel or by the dog park across street! We paid $13 for entire weekend! Even moved car and found different parking spot no problem!

Honestly a very clean facility. The pool was very clean as well the rooms. Staff was all around nice and friendly, breakfast was reasonable and good! The valet did fill up, but the front desk was helpful in giving me options for parking nearby.

I believe there should be a free breakfast included with the cost of the room. That’s a standard in most every hotel. At a bare minimum there should be hot coffee on the lobby- that’s just good hospitality.

Extremely hard to hotel entrance, only had valet parking which was expensive and but seems like my truck is still in the handicap spot that I parked at for check-in. Specifically rented room whirlpool tub but drain does not seal so is pretty damn worthless. In general everything has been a struggle and not happy. Will never stay here again.

Okay stay. Had to pay for breakfast even tho I booked the room to include it. Pool can be viewed from everyone on the street. Room was nice and staff was very friendly. Hot tub in the room was a really nice amenity.

Never Again. Not worth the expense.
Experience was less than ideal. First called to comfirm reservation and get confirmation number for app. They could not find reservation at first. They proceeded to tell me 4 separate times i booked through a "third party." Set up app, not able to check in on app, needed to stop at desk and put a card on file for incidentals. Then they proceeded to tell me an additional 3 times i booked through a third party. To top it all off they had no valet parking left and proceeded to tell me i could park in a parking ramp a half mile away and walk back, cost was $12 and it was 28 degrees out. Who does not have adequate parking for the hotel: one spot for each room...plus they charge 35.00 for parking for spots right outside the hotel door. (3 spaces). At $900 for two rooms you dont even get free breakfast, you have to pay for that too. Again, let me remind you I booked through a third party in which beacause of that I deserve crappy service.

The rooms were nice & clean. The bar area was great, too. Check-in was quick! I don’t know that the valet parking is worth it. We paid $50 for valet parking thinking that our car would be in a garage. Then it took almost 30 minutes to get it when we needed to leave.
