A Cream City historical building with incredible views of signature landmarks of Walkers Point. Two cozily designed spaces by an interior designer to make a family getaway or couples retreat that much more fun - enough room to entertain together but sleep in your own space.
Very sunny, cozy and inspiring space to be in. You may not want to leave! Walk to coffee, boutiques, jazz club, Iron Horse hotel, brewery, food trucks.
5 min ride to Third ward, the Lake, Marquette and Downtown.

The apartment is close to bridal shops, MKE boot company, Soup Brothers, Iron Horse Hotel, a Pattiserre, a cider company, Mobcraft brewery, Caroline’s Jazz Club,
2nd street restaurants and bars , 6th street restaurants and bars, the Harley Davidson Museum, downtown, the Third Ward, Marquette, etc!

If booking is cancelled after 24 hours of booking, we will keep 3% of the payment due to charges acquired by issuing the refund.

Best Rental Ever

The absolute best property I have ever short term rented. The Blue Goat apartments are amazing. Well appointed and unique apartments in a great area of MKE. Lots of restaurants, breweries, bars and shopping within walking distance. Main purpose of our stay was for Summerfest. It was also a blast and the proximity of the apartments to the venues being within walking distance was a bonus. Didn’t want to leave and would not hesitate to rent the property again.
