The staff and the room was great. The only thing is that the back door was constantly propped open and anyone could of walk in the building. We came back late and the parking lot was very well lit but again, the back door was open. It looked like the lock did not work properly.

There was a stench in the room and hallway, the door wall lock was busted and didn’t work, made me feel very uncomfortable. It said online that check in age was 18 and I get there and they say it’s 21, luckily my buddy was there otherwise I would’ve been out $95, overall I probably wouldn’t have stayed here had I looked into the reviews a little more.

This hotel was ok. It was fine I just needed somewhere to sleep. Pillows are crappy and mattress was ehhhh. Idk if I would stay here again if I am ever in the area. If you need a cheap place to stay it’ll do.

It’s not a typical hotel. It’s like an empty apartment. No washcloths, hand towels, cups, ice buckets, notepads etc. Clean room and bedding. Broken shower rod. Smells of weed, boiled broccoli, and mildew. Check in front desk was rude but check out desk was very kind and professional.

One you can fix the other it’s just people are rud

The motel was clean and employees were friendly. Our neighbor were a little loud with talking and closing doors loud. We had 2 full beds in the room the one needs to be flipped or replace cause the bed curves down so you feel like your going to roll out of bed

Not worth it

The front desk couldn’t get us checked in, even though I paid months in advance, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes missed part of the concert that we drove there for and still never got a resolution finally gave us keys to the room and said his manager will figure it out. I paid $85 for a room through hotels.com and needed to upgrade to a double bed and they wanted to charge me 95 extra dollars. We found bugs on the pillows and they don’t even serve breakfast, the pool was out of service definitely not worth over maybe $70 for one room for one night not worth the price and very sketchy neighborhood.

Check in counter too high. Could not see what I was signing. Hotel said was non smoking. When we entered room it smelled like cigarettes. Told front desk I wanted them to handle odor and need sheets and blankets for pull out couch. Could tell maintenance sprayed room but didn’t bring bedding. Then discovered not enough towels and wash cloths. Had to go to front desk to get. No cups to drink with or ice bucket

When checking in there was no one at the desk, had to wait several minutes. No coffee. Noisy. The doors to the rooms slammed super hard, and people were going in and out all hours letting them slam. Cleanliness wasn't terrible at least (it's about time hotels stopped using carpet)

More ways needed to check in family

Was great room. Desk was a bit difficult since i paud and reserved a room for my adult son who came in from NY to visit me. He had just got a NY drivers lisence done the week prior to coming to W I and no picture was on paper( temporary kisence ) he wasnt able ti check in without me there, so he gad to come get me from my job and take me to motel to verify..was a oain and frustrating, but i ge t it..but i was not thrilled

Overall it wasn’t that great we had a baby staying with us around 4am someone was being loud saying that someone was going to _ them. The staff didn’t seem to care we called and reported it 3 times they finally came but they were still being loud. They didn’t call none to have this person checked out or anything and they seemed to have been having some sort of episode or _ related crisis. Sinks was clogged waited 20 minutes for them to fix it (both of em). My friend lost their stuff they didn’t call and say they found it but was tryna to charge the card (card was canceled). Overall room was pretty clean for the most part and besides all the crazy stuff we went through here it was a decent for the amount of money went spent. I don’t recommend asking the front desk to call if you lost anything and if you do cancel immediately or lock the card. Overall 4/10 and thats for the room bing nice and the heat actually working.

I was hoping the negative reviews I saw on this property were not true. But alas, my husband stayed here when needed to visit a family member in the hospital. He arrived late (midnight) and the front desk worker didn't believe him that he had a reservation for the evening. Even though he had a confirmation from Expedia. He was forced to pay $100 at check-in that would be held for any "damages". They wouldn't refund this to him in the morning at checkout (8am) until the housekeeper cleaned his room that afternoon. There was light switches in the room that didn't work. The shower had no lip to it so he was worried about water going into the main room. He had to use towels as a dam to even take a shower that morning. This is not a hotel I would recommend someone staying at. Even if it's only for a short 8 hours....
