The hotel couldn’t be in a better spot ! The whole aesthetic of the place was what I imagined as well. The staff was super helpful and polite during our stay. We will definitely be booking again .

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. The room is beautiful and I love the big common space. It was perfect to watch a Packer game with friends and then enjoy breakfast in the morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful and check-in and out were a breeze. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

The decor is unique, with earthy, pleasing colors and high ceilings. The second floor kitchen is accessible to all and is first class. We walked to the park by the lake and it was beautiful. There are restaurants and bars around.

Kinn Guesthouse was so secure with a code to enter the building after 7:00 pm. The code is used in the elevator and for entering the room. A large kitchen and dining area is shared by the floor, but we rarely even saw anyone else. It is in a great location and convenient to many things.

Enjoyed our stay! Parking is available at a covered garage across the street, and a nice restaurant is adjacent to the hotel for breakfast. Room was large and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place, first impression I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place since it was booked for me. Beautiful building, built in the 1800s. Rooms are amazing. Since it is in downtown Milwaukee, it does get a little loud but it’s to be expected. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay

I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!
