Deer District Studio Apt - One Block from Fiserv and Baird

This inviting, historic home is situated in the most walkable, friendly neighborhood in the city. Just around the corner are loads of quality restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, a park, and easily accessible public transportation. Fiserv Forum and Baird Center are only a block away, making this an ideal location for people in town for business or pleasure. Bright, peaceful, cozy, and outfitted with every convenience in mind, this property will make any guest feel at home.

The space:
This space was created with comfort and ease in mind. In-house laundry, fully equipped kitchen for baking or cooking almost anything, cozy corners to curl up with a book, fast WiFi, a desk for working, and table space for meals.

The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- In the heart of the Deer District just one block from Fiserv Forum and two blocks from Baird Center

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing. For reserved parking, we recommend Journal Commons Garage, 332 W State Lot, and Usinger Lot
- Street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood: metered parking with 2-hour time limit from 8am-4pm Mon-Sat, metered parking with no time limit from 4pm-9pm Mon-Sat, and free parking with no time limit on Sundays (use MKE Park app to remotely pay the meter)
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. More info here: https://city.milwaukee.gov/Parking/ParkingPermits/Online-Night-Parking-Permission-Request
- Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business

2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

It was a nice room. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there might’ve been some music from another apartment playing in the evening. But overall a nice place to stay.
