Everything was great. My only complaint was the check in process. The receptionist had confirmed with me the hold for the damage deposit was $50 a day. But placed a hold on my card for $100 a day plus the entire cost of the room. Which normally wouldn’t be an issue but I was splitting the cost with someone. I wasnt informed the room cost would be on hold as well. The hold being placed on my card left things pretty tight for the remainder of the trip.

The shuttle at the Ambassador across the street was available hourly and free. The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious.
