  • The Hoan Hideout is the first floor of 2-unit home in the bustling Milwaukee neighborhood of Bayview! 3 of Milwaukee's most popular watering holes are located right on this block, and the South Shore Terrace/Beachside Beer Garden is just 3 blocks east. Super-easy access to the 794 Hoan Bridge freeway puts you minutes from Summerfest, Discovery World, and the rest of all the excitement the downtown Milwaukee area has to offer. This home has a kid's room, shared laundry, and TVs in each bedroom. This is a mixed use building. There is a 3 BR unit downstairs, a smaller studio unit upstairs, and a commercial property in front. Both rental units share the main entry/mudroom/laundry. Minimum stay is 2 nights, maximum stay is 21 nights.
