Our stay was okay. When looking at the listing I thought it was going to be a side-by-side duplex but it is an upper apartment. If you have small children please reconsider as there is no gate at the top of the stairs to prevent any sort of fall. The bunk bed is super wobbly also. When we got into the apartment as a family to actually look around and explore our surroundings we discovered that in the bedroom with the two single beds the window was broken and at that time being held up with packing tape as well as the vent that is in the ceiling near one of the beds was not fully in the ceiling because it couldn't hold on. They were very prompt with getting someone out there but unfortunately the gentleman had told us that he had told management or the owner previously that the window had to be fully replaced and the vent couldn't be fixed without cutting into the ceiling to give it structure to hold on to. So we originally paid for a three bedroom apartment and ended up only using one out of the three bedrooms. They were very nice and refunded us the majority of our stay and even offered us to stay until the day we had originally planned on leaving and having someone come while we were there to replace the window but after one night and no sleep we decided to leave early. Our four-star rating is because of their willingness to give us back our refund and for how prompt they were on trying to fix the issues that we're going on. There's other issues but no space to tell you.
