"Room lacked being clean. Ice bucket had water in it, there was a few trash items on the floor, no coffee condiments, the disposable cups appeared to be used. We attempted to check in after 4pm; just 2 adults with 1 room; and our room wasn’t ready yet. I guess, since we had to wait, I expected it ..."
