For the price, it was excellent with the rooms having a small fridge, microwave and decent wifi, none of which you get at a Premiere Inn, at twice the price. Also the breakfast next door, wow! All you can eat for £5.99, 'nuff said.

Nice Views of the Canal - Great Spot
We had an adjoining family room for 4 adults. This was a great spot on the canal where all the long boats parked. Had a meal and some beers at the adjoining restaurant and bar which was great and reasonably priced.

Absolute gem of a hotel
Super rooms. Exceptionally clean. Room include a microwave, fridge, and cutlery in case you want to have a takeaway. The only thing missing from the room is some bottled water. Pub/restaurant next door has a carvery every day. Very good value food. However the breakfast doesn't start until 9am which I imagine would be useless to a majority of hotel guests. (The restaurant is independent to the hotel). Lots of free parking. Canal boat marina behind hotel. Canal boat 7ft from my bedroom window! Very quiet area. Good sleep. Exceptional value for Monday. Far cheaper and better than Premier Inn.

We had an amazing stay the staff are so lovely and our room was spotless had everything we needed even down to a microwave and cutlery we highly recommend staying here you wont be disappointed we cant wait to come back 😍

Room with a view
Check in went smoothly, The room was comfortable, and bathroom good. The view from the window was lovely. The bar/restaurant was a disaster, The restaurant was closed at 8pm when we arrived because there was "no food left", my drink came in a chipped glass, and I was given incorrect change. I would use this hotel again but avoid the bar.

Second time of staying
This was the second time staying at Peartree Lodge. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They include a microwave & fridge in the room which is extremely handy, but there is also a restaurant next door serving carvery, pizza and other menu choices. The location is perfect for a quiet stay as it is on the canal and next to the marina. The hotel is approx 10 mins car journey from MK central station. Everything about the hotel enables you to have a quiet, relaxed stay.

Basic hotel, convenient location
Basic accommodation, you get what you pay for. No A/C in the room, which may bother if weather is very warm. Breakfast next door starts at 9am, but you can buy continental breakfast box prior to that. Location is convenient with access to the park and walking paths by canal, and free parking is a plus too. If staying on ground floor rooms facing marina, ducks will wake you up in the morning, and you will see swans as well

Very nice hotel, pity about Milton Keynes.
The hotel itself is very pleasant and well maintained. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated inside . However the surrounding area is a bit of a tip.The canal side and adjoining marina are very run down and seem to attract all sorts of people. who like a bit of refreshment.

Amazing hotel
Very good hotel very quiet apart from obviously hearing the cars outside , friendly staff, the room was tidy and clean you have microwave, fridge, tv they provide you with glasses, tea coffee ect overall I recommend this place highly !

Tired and shabby
The property seems shabby and run down overall but the worst part of our stay was the comfort of the bed. It was soft and sagging, with almost no support, and the bottom (flat) sheet wasn't big enough to tuck in all the way round, meaning it became rumpled up underneath us during the night and we ended up essentially sleeping directly on the mattress. I know the attached pub/restaurant is a separate business but when we arrived at 20:00 on a Friday evening it was very disappointing to find there was only the dried up remains of a carvery available - it might be clearer on the bookings that guests should dine elsewhere if arriving after (say) 19:00!

Dear Martin, Is sad to hear you had bad night in our hotel. We work hard to update the rooms and guest comfort. If your bed was unconfutable for you we could change the room if we will know that on time. We have reception open 24hour, and we always ready to help. The restaurant is separate business and we can't guarantee their service, but we have prepare additional take away menu from other restaurants, pubs.

Lovely stay.

Bletchley Park visit
Comfortable beds. Terrific shower. Multiple USB points. Would not recommend the food in adjacent Inn which is a separate business. Not far from Bletchley Park.
