"Very clean and comfortable room. Many restaurants in the area. Be aware that hotel is very large, with most rooms far from elevators."

"Long wait times, rude impatient staff, outdated rooms, stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean room. Had to ask 4 times for towles and sheets. Room didn't have a remote. Bathroom dirty. No toilet tissue. I spoke to the manager and he stated he is going to try and process a refund. Please follow up on my refund and call me back"

"The room was clean and had plenty of room for a king room. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure was great .. we asked for extra towels and they brought them right up. The staff was super pleasant and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but had hoped for a base level of standard. The building was very far away from the check in area in a sketchy part of town, which didn’t feel great as a single woman traveling alone. The shower looked like athlete’s foot and there were bugs crawling on the pillow. I checked out after a couple of hours and spent the night at SFO instead. You get what you pay for. "

"Breakfast menu was average, included scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, french toast, boiled eggs, cereals , fresh fruits and oatmeal. Room condition was excellent "
