"My refuge from Hurricane Lala. The staff were great. Nothing asked was too much for them to go out of their way to help. Room was very comfortable and the only reason for not offering 5 stars was, well you know, hurricane and they really were not accessible. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choices. I wish I could have given them 6 stars!"

"the room is clean and the staff are friendly , breakfast is good although, they need to have more variety, they all in have sausage, egg and potatoes, they should have at least hashbrown, omelet , etc, one morning they have bacon in place of sausage and everyone was excited . otherwise good"

"The condo was great for our needs and was in excellent condition. I enjoyed the location in Ko'Olina which was close enough to the resorts, but far enough away to get away when you didn't want to be around a lot of tourist. Communication was great and the check in process was easy. Thanks for an enjoyable stay"

"If you are looking for peace and quiet, away from Waikiki, this is a perfect location. The Ko Olina area is beautiful and perfect for morning/evening walks. Unfortunately, the townhouse is over a mile from the beach and not walkable if you are carrying beach gear. There is a pool close by and a good option if you don't feel like hoofing it to the beach. There are only a couple of restaurants (that aren't in the Disney resort) and they are nearly two miles away. There is a little market where you can purchase food items but beware! A loaf of bread is over 10 (Yes, you read that right). I don't recommend staying in this area unless you have a car to get around. I was there for 30 days and the biggest expense was food. It is ridiculous how expensive it is to eat there. Two big breakfasts and two bottles of water at McDonalds was over 37 and that was not in a touristy area. The people who live in the townhouses are not friendly towards the people who are renting short-term. We said hello and tried to be cordial but were snubbed on more than one occasion, so we just stopped speaking to them. There was only one person that was friendly. Clearly they don't want renters there. I love Hawaii but I wouldn't rent/stay in this area again due to the distance from everything. I would stay in the Waikiki area where there is an abundance of restaurants, stores, entertainment, and you can walk everywhere."

"The space was very clean. Ingrid is the host and she lives in the unit downstairs. She was very friendly and checked in on us often throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We would stay here again."
