"Pool is freezing. Hot tub is out of service. No towels at the pool. Breakfast is only 6:30-9:30 am. Furniture is in rough shape. Bathroom door doesn’t close or lock properly. Tv remote didn’t work properly at first. I really like how check in is at 2 pm and check out is 11 am. "
