"First off we asked for ground level floor due to having a 4 yr old in a wheelchair and they put us on second floor with only one working elevator. I had asked 3 times before making reservations if pool was open and after bringing bathing suits, they were closed for 2 weeks! The housekeepers would not clean rooms and we couldn’t take a shower and the faucet stayed on all the time😤 . The fridge froze everything we put in it and couldn’t eat anything. The tv was broken ; top part of tv was blocked out😮. Our stay was for 4 days and when I spoke to the manager and Jeremy about situations and I only got the response of we’ll get back with you. My husband is from a huge family there and we will not be returning there! Also was told we have to pay $75 deposit to they as that was never brought up when making reservations. And when I did pay that , they said it would be refunded when we checked out. Only to find out we have to wait 5 to 7 days for our deposit. Never , ever again!!"

"Parking was safe and easy. The room was very clean it smelled clean as soon as I opened the door. I have no complaints. My day was good for what I paid. "

"My husband and I visited this hotel with our friend; therefore, we loved the 2 separate bedrooms, each with a king size bed! However, both bedrooms were dark. The only light was from the window and 2 small lamps on each nightstand, in the bedrooms. The beds were comfy, but only had a sheet and thin coverlet. We did ask at the desk for an extra blanket for each room. They happily provided them. The jetted tub was in one room, very dark in that area. Air conditioning was wonderful! The television was extremely confusing as far as finding free tv. Maybe provide instruction card and list of available channels. Breakfast was not good. If you only want a bagel or cereal, it was ok. Sausage was inedible. Should apple juice be that foamy? Tasted ok, but curious. Employees were very nice."

"My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining the property to acceptable standards. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from management. I never received an apology for the inconvenience or any type of compensation. As someone with pulmonary lung disease who is on oxygen, staying in a clean, functional, and comfortable environment is extremely important. This experience added unnecessary stress and discomfort to my stay. I truly hope management takes responsibility and improves conditions for future guests. I will be sending a letter to corporate along with my videos."
