"My husband and I visited this hotel with our friend; therefore, we loved the 2 separate bedrooms, each with a king size bed! However, both bedrooms were dark. The only light was from the window and 2 small lamps on each nightstand, in the bedrooms. The beds were comfy, but only had a sheet and thin coverlet. We did ask at the desk for an extra blanket for each room. They happily provided them. The jetted tub was in one room, very dark in that area. Air conditioning was wonderful! The television was extremely confusing as far as finding free tv. Maybe provide instruction card and list of available channels. Breakfast was not good. If you only want a bagel or cereal, it was ok. Sausage was inedible. Should apple juice be that foamy? Tasted ok, but curious. Employees were very nice."

"Booked a king, ended up with a queen. Rooms are very small. Other than that, very very clean! Dated, but CLEAN! Worked out perfectly, and definitely served its purpose. Staff was super friendly. Really couldn't have asked for better service."

"My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining the property to acceptable standards. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from management. I never received an apology for the inconvenience or any type of compensation. As someone with pulmonary lung disease who is on oxygen, staying in a clean, functional, and comfortable environment is extremely important. This experience added unnecessary stress and discomfort to my stay. I truly hope management takes responsibility and improves conditions for future guests. I will be sending a letter to corporate along with my videos."

"This my second time here. First was okay being that it was blood and poo still in the bathroom. Everything else was great though. This go around I hoped it be different. Bathroom was not clean at all. Baby coach roaches dispersing as soon as you turn the lights on in there. Little hairs everywhere like the rag used wasn’t cleaned off good enough. Or in a rush. The tub faucet kept leaking badly. "

"We needed a place to stay while in town for graduation. This property did not disappoint. The check-in process was alittle confusing, but it was my fault. The space is clean and comfortable. The next time I return to New Orleans I will certainly stay here!"
