"Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!! "

Breakfast wasn’t worth the £20 we paid in advance and was offered at £15 on check-in which was a more realistic price. A good place to stay in East London and we will probably go back but without ordering breakfast."
