The Palestro gardens, the Science and Technology Museum and the Planetarium are nearby attractions!
The 60sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift and comprises an entrance hall with a living room with a single sofa bed and a queen-size sofa bed and smart TV. Equipped kitchen area with dining table, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, traditional oven and microwave, electric and moka kettle. Bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and small balcony. Toilet with bidet and bathtub. Additional services available for guests: unlimited WIFI, heating, fans, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

- All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

- For check-ins after the scheduled times the following supplements are required:

ALTBAU IM STUDENTENSTYLE

Die Wohnung erinnerte uns in ihrem Altbaustil mit Parkett and chabby-chic (nichfunktionierende Nachttischlampe, alte Küchenschränke) an Studentenzeiten. Charmante Unperfektheit (sparsam eingerichtete Küche mit nur einer Gabel und einer großen Tasse, nichtpassende Topfdeckel, kein Kochlöffel), nur 3 Holzstühle am Esstisch, sonst aber groß, zwei gemütliche Sofas, viel Stauraum, gute und saubere Betten und Wäsche sowie Toplage im Szeneviertel. Die Bildpräsentation im Netz verspricht mehr als die unprofessionell gemalten Wände dann hergeben. Ideal für einen Städtetripp zum Übernachten und Sich-Wohlfühlen, Küche noch ausbaufähig.
