"Amazing service, food, onsen, and traditional ryokan experience. "

"breakfast and dinner buffet food are good"

"Had a very nice stay for one night. The traditional style room had everything we needed. And the hot spring baths were very enjoyable. Although it is close to the airport we did not notice any loud airplane noise at night time."

"Free soft serve ice cream and wonderful breakfast buffet with rice and fresh fish. Rooms were very spacious for Japan and comfortable. Staff very helpful and nice lounge area to relax in. A little far away from the train station but can get there with a 20 minute bus ride."

"Location was great and hotel excellent"

"Nice newly renovated rooms - Modern Japanese twin room"

"Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and location."

"Wonderful onsen hotel with your very own hot springs tub in your room if you book the high end rooms "

"A clean budget hotel. Reasonable breakfast. Very helpful staff."

"Room is fine but lack privacy. CCTVs monitoring guests outside door and inside. Great seafront with waves 30 metres away but the 8 Dec 2025 earthquake (and advisory for tsunami) struck when we were preparing to rest. Had to walk far to get to mainroad. Have to balance between seafront living with safety."

"風呂が熱かったです。 それが好きな人はいいかと思います。"

"Very large room. Loved the ocean view and the public bath: there’s two on site. If you have time, the whole neighborhood is full of onsens so it’s a good base to explore. Very close to the airport, only 10-15 minutes away. From central hakodate it’s about 40 minutes on the tram."

"函館で一番安く泊まれたのがここでした。競馬場に用があったので近くにあり便利でした。 中の設備に関しても整っていて、入り口のテンキーの場所とその後のタブレットでのチェックインが少し分かりにくい所以外はスムーズでした。 室内の寝具とシャワールームは綺麗に掃除されていたので自分は快適に過ごせました。 コスパ重視ならば非常に良いと思います。"

"Many restaurants and large COOP close by. Airport and big road too, which cause some noise, but luckily night was pretty quiet."

"Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath. Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected. Great stay"

"Conveniently located near the city streetcar line, and very reasonably priced!"

"Traditional style hotel, accommodating to foreigners and with all the amenities. Highly recommended."

"Ocean views and the soaking tub were amazing. Everyone was very helpful"
