"Very clean and well maintained property, staff speaks English well and is ready to help. Laundry service and room service available. Close to 711, family mart and many good restaurants. Only recommendation for first time visit is do research on the area you want to be around. We like Iidabashi but it isn’t near the things we wanted to be around like Shinjuku and Shibuya BUT it’s only a short train ride away. Enjoy!"

"The Godzilla viewing platform was closed and that made the stay less appealing. Overall the location is great, the property is nice, access is easy, rooms are clean. I was able to check in around 45 minutes early without any issue or fees. Good for a short stay."

"One of the great hotels we stayed at was Oriental Tokyo Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was clean and modern, with a TV that had Netflix and could be linked to your account. The amenities were fantastic, especially the yuzu bath salt and hair oil. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a breakfast burger, donuts, and fresh orange juice. The washer and dryer were separate and located on the second floor, and there was no need to use coins; a credit card was sufficient. They also accepted paid Amazon packages and offered luggage forwarding through Sagawa, which was on the first floor. The hotel was easily accessible to Disney, and parking was 3000 yen per night. There was ample parking space on the first and second floors. As a bonus, they offered free snacks. Lawson, a 24-hour convenience store, was also accessible. We had a wonderful stay at Oriental Tokyo Hotel and would love to return. Thank you for providing such a great experience! "

"This hotel is situated perfectly, close to Shinjuku Station, in the heart of Tokyo. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as within walking distance. There is shopping close by too. It is only a few blocks from Shinjuku Central Park for some serenity or to go for a run. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a 7-11 in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering western and traditional Japanese cuisine. The views from the 27th floor were amazing as well."
