"Was not allowed to check in. Staff claims 10-15 rooms were affected by a/c not working and were not honoring our reservation. They moved us to another hotel 15 min away, without notifying us or contacting us prior. Should it not be our choice? I personally don’t care about a/c as it wasn’t overly hot. I have a feeling the a/c was not the real issue. There was a very large wedding going on and my guess is they needed the extra rooms. A/C was working just fine in the rest of the hotel. I travel often and with this interaction I most likely will not choose this hotel chain again. "

"Adequately appointed and accommodating as an airport hotel which was conveniently located close to the airport with an easily accessible free shuttle. "

"Nice and clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large flat TV. Nothing around the place except for a couple of restaurants, otherwise you need a transportation. The shuttle service from/to the airport was a bonus. It's recommended for a layover or a short stay.
