Furnished by BoConcept and outfitted with the latest appliances, Gibson House is the ideal getaway for couples or small families looking for a weekend escape with all the comforts of home. Visit with the horses in the adjacent paddocks. Come enjoy wineries, shopping, history, steeplechase racing and polo in Middleburg and the nearby towns of Upperville, The Plains, and Marshall.
The space
The Gibson House is situated on a bucolic Middleburg equestrian estate, located just 10 minutes from downtown Middleburg and Salamander Resort & Spa. White Oaks is a working horse farm and you will enjoy daily views of the horses grazing in the paddocks and you may even be lucky enough to see the Middleburg hounds run through the property with the local foxhunt.

The home comfortably sleeps six, but an extra guest of two could sleep quite comfortably on one of the large sectional sofas.

This well designed home showcases two living areas, a large kitchen stocked with gourmet cooking and entertaining items, as well as a Nespresso/espresso maker, and other appliances.

Amenities include a two-car garage, washer/dryer, DirectTV, AppleTV, and DVD player. You can stream your own devices on AppleTV. Newly upgraded Starlink internet offers high speed internet.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and both the master bath and shared bath are beautifully renovated with modern fixtures and marble vanities.

The newly redone rear patio has a large outdoor dining set, fire pit and gas grill. You can sit and enjoy views of the oak trees and expansive horse pastures.
